Heat oil in a wok and add chopped garlic. Sauté for 2 mins.
Add 2 table spoon chili sauce and 1 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce.
Marinate 200 gm Kwality paneer in 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon corn flour, 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Mix and deep fry until the coating is cooked.
Now add the fried paneer to the curry and boil for few more minutes.
Enjoy with either rice or noodles.
